The Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact was a Nazi Germany & USSR Pact of Aggression that enabled those two powers to partition Poland. The Pact was signed in Moscow on 23 August 1939 by German Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop and Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov[1] and was officially known as the Treaty of Non-Aggression between Germany and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Unofficially, it has also been referred to as the Hitler–Stalin Pact, Nazi–Soviet Pact.
Its clauses provided a written guarantee of peace by each party towards the other and a commitment that declared that neither government would ally itself to or aid an enemy of the other. In addition to the publicly-announced stipulations of non-aggression, the treaty included the Secret Protocol, which defined the borders of Soviet and German spheres of influence across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland. The primary focal point regarding the violation of the rule of Law and justice should have been the Immoral, criminal conspiracy made between Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler. That was a criminal conspiracy, a serious crime against the peace of the Baltic States and East Europe. The division of Poland between Germany and the Soviet Union was a severe crime against peace. It should have been stopped as a war crime there and then in 1939, without waiting for the Western Utilitarian philosophy opportunities to advance themselves. If the 1939 Nazi German-Soviet Pact of Aggression had been stopped and condemned, with the support of the wider world, then the outcome would have been different.

NAZI GERMAN-SOVIET PACT OF AGGRESSION
The Pact between Adolf Hitler Nazi Germany and Joseph Stalin USSR was an evil conspiracy, with an aggressive war against peace. Starting with Poland and Finland in 1939. Poland suffered extreme losses after being attacked from the West by Germany and the East by the Soviet Union. War prisoners of war were executed from 1939 to 1940 by the tens of thousands. The Molotov & Ribbentrop Pact was a conspiracy hatched between Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler regimes. The effect of the M & R Pact caused enormous human loss and casualties. Also, large-scale material loss and damages. The Pact caused severe war crimes and Genocide by the Soviet leaders against the Polish nationals and their government. They did not want to be a target or to have anything to do with the two dictator’s political ambitions and power politics in East Europe. When Stalin led the Soviet Union, he was steeped in the conspiracy with Hitler, fully aware of their share in the spoils of war. Both parties of the Pact had expectations by expanding their influence over East Europe territory, occupying the land, pillaging, and taking control of the Baltic States and Finland.
By the Nuremberg Principles, the indicted Nazi war criminals were declared guilty. Many of them were given a death sentence and hanged. By the International Law and the Nuremberg Principles, and the International Bill of Rights, the Soviet Russian World War 2 war criminals should be indicted. The double standard for the Soviet Russian leaders that the Allied forces patronized from 1941 to 1945.

They boast and gloat with the spirit of Stalin arrogance, with the spoils of war that they took from 1939 to 1945. They have no spirit of respect to share with their neighbors, such as Ukraine. So, they help themselves to other’s territory as if they were a roaming bear feeding on natural resources. They are a law onto themselves. Rejecting International laws suits their leader’s ego desires, power politics, and conquest and domination of military power. They continue to deny the Spirit of Natural Law. Because it has not registered in their mind, intellect and consciousness, they were given free reins after serious war crimes and Genocide from 1939 to 1940. The Allied forces rewarded Joseph Stalin for the Pact made with Adolf Hitler in 1939. They rewarded Stalin for the Moscow extortion he committed in 1940, and they rewarded Stalin’s Genocide of the 22,000 Polish nationals in 1940. The Allied forces gave Stalin a license to do it and get away with such atrocities.
